IndicAI Foundation, established in 2019, is a not-for-profit organization committed to empowering Persons with Disabilities (PWD) through inclusive education, skill development, and technology-driven interventions.
Our work has been nationally recognized, selected by IIM Bangalore’s NSRCEL as one of India’s Top 10 Social Ventures in 2020, and awarded a grant of ₹31 lakhs for our impact-driven approach.
Since inception, IndicAI has re-skilled over 1,650 PWD learners, facilitated employment for 65+ candidates in leading organizations, and partnered with many blind schools to provide digital inclusion.
We are fully certified under FCRA, 12A, and 80G, making us eligible for both domestic and international CSR and philanthropic support. Our approach blends AI, accessibility, and empathy, ensuring no one is left behind.

With 17 years in EdTech and leadership at Aditya Birla Group and Goldman Sachs, she brings deep expertise and purpose. She’s an alumna of SIBM Pune and the Kellogg School of Management.
Neha Shivran
Co-founder
Neha has 15 years of experience in FinTech, Data Science, and Banking. She holds a B.Tech from NSIT Delhi, an MBA from Cranfield University, and studied Deep Learning at Washington University.

CEO of Vasudha Foods, driving global growth in Sattvic nutrition. He brings over 35 years of leadership experience across Airtel, Akshaya Patra, and The/Nudge Foundation.

Amreen, a B.Tech graduate from Bangalore University, brings extensive experience from Eye Mantra Foundation and Mantra Foundation, where she led healthcare and mental well-being programs. At Indic AI Foundation for Social Good, she heads CSR and partnerships, focusing on eye care, disability inclusion, and women’s empowerment.
Indic AI is a Non-profit enhancing, Ability into Distinction for “People with Disabilities” to realise their potential, become active participants in the economy & fulfill their dreams. Our venture has also been selected by IIM- Bangalore for NSRCEL social incubation programme among 9 other esteemed organizations aiming to bring a change in the society.
